    Ag Women Connect is a professional networking organization for women in agriculture. They are working on creating chapters in all 50 states and recently launched their podcast and radio show, Ag Talk: Your Story Matters on all major podcast platforms and Rural Radio on RFD-TV.

    I am thrilled to be working with them as a lead for their Arizona Chapter in addition to being their podcast manager and editor.

    While working with Natalie and Tara both individually and together with Elevate Ag, I was also thrilled to be a part of the launch of their podcast, Discover Ag where they talk about trending news topics in the food and ag space. They are currently in the top 1.5% of global podcasts and are a top-ranked food podcast on Apple Podcasts.

    Ashley grew up in the dairy industry and is now the wife to a calf rancher/ almond farmer in California. She has her B.A in Human Development, and Masters in Social Work with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health. Ashley is rethinking the way we support Mental Health in the ag industry and specializes in breaking down big ideas and deep feelings into simple and actionable strategies for ag families and businesses alike.
